Quickly Set Up Your TV With Your Android Phone? – Continue or Skip (Continue will transfer Android phone’s wifi network and Google account to the TV; Skip will jump to the wifi setup)
Choose wifi network and enter wifi password (youcan alternatively plug in an Ethernet cord to the Nvidea Shield if your TV supports it)
Make the Most of Your TV – Click Use Remote
- You can choose to connect using a phone or computer (this will ask the you to visit a website and enter the code on the TV screen to continue)
- You can also choose Use Your Remote (Sign into Google account by entering credentials, clicking Next and clicking Accept on Terms of Service)

Join Nvidia Shield Rewards
Add Your Favourite Apps – you can choose apps they want to add, or skip without adding any
Allow any updates to complete and continue. Allow setup to complete.
You will be brought to the home screen. Click on Apps in the menu on the left, and then click Get More Apps.
Click on the Search icon in the top right of the screen and click the search bar to activate the on-screen keyboard
Type in "TekSavvy" and click search. Alternatively, click the microphone button on the Nvidia Shield remote to allow Google Play Store to record audio. Once agreeing to this, the you can speak into the remote and say "TekSavvy TV"
Click install and allow download to complete
When an app permissions screen appears, you must click Allow in order to open the app.
You will need to enter in their MySavvy account credentials and click log in.
From here, the main screen opens, and there are several icons across the top: Live TV, Guide, On Demand, Recordings and Watch List.
