Click New Contact. You can block up to 5 numbers per contact. I call these in the example Unknown(s). You can name each what you would like, Enter each number into the fields listed and click Save when done.
Once the contact is added, please edit the contact.
Scroll to the bottom and check the box of the group you want to add them to. Click Save when completed.
Go back to the main page and click Rules, and click Add Rule.
Select the group in question and and hit Next.
Click the best option you want to have done. Click Finish and then Apply.
You can then add numbers to the contact group going forward.
Wild Card Blocking
These are handy to help stop Spam calls. To screen calls with wildcards we’ll need to set up Rules for it. Select Rules at the top:
If you have not been here before, click the link ‘start with an example set of rules’, otherwise skip this step
Clear out any sets of Rules you don’t want and any Rules within each set. Can clear all to start fresh if want. In the example below, we are ready to Add New Rule
In this example I want to block all calls matching the pattern 519-784-0???
After clicking Next you can select what to do with calls that match, in this case reject them:
Once finished adding or editting rules, Apply them
Back on the Summary tab, change the set of Rules to use and click Apply
This will now reject calls such as 519-784-0123 but allow 519-784-1234 (as well as allow other calls not matching 519-784-0???)
