If the full balance is not paid, once another invoice generates you will own the new total. We do try to give customers time but until the entire balance is at zero, it will keep rolling over to be outstanding every invoice. We encourage customers to make a payment plan to catch up and then going forward ensure invoices are properly addressed to avoid this situation. We have a full guide on reading your invoice here.

Do you suspend services before the cancellation?

This is a tricky answer. If we have the ability to do so, we will suspend the service. However, we cannot guarantee as it depends on the service type area. Not all have the ability to do so with our Vendors. As well if you make arrangements and it is broken you may be moved straight to cancellation. If this is important, please check with an agent on these rules with your service. Also note, if we can suspend services, it may not be instant to reverse this process. It can take sometimes over 72 hours and we do not refund you the downtime when these situations happen.
