Teksavvy is based out of Chatham, ON and our main equipment is located on Front St, in Toronto, ON. This is why the majority of our IP addresses geolocate to either Chatham or Toronto, depending on the backbone on which your services run. We do not have a way of pushing an local IP to you.
App/Stream/Website is blocking / blacking out content
IP geolocation issues, including blocking of access to websites/services/streams AND black-out of sports events - cannot be resolved by TekSavvy. The website/service/app is knowingly using less-than-accurate data to decide where customers live and change access accordingly. You would have to reach out to Support team in question of the company. You will have to give them your IP address, and ask them to White list it to get around the issue.
