Customers can change their service into another account owner's name.
Please note Resdental accounts cannot be put into a Business name or have two different names listed.
To begin the full name must be provided of who is taking over the service.
Then the new account owner needs to call in at 1-877-779-1575. If this is not completed the account will remain in its current name. Once completed the current account is closed, and a new account is opened under the new details and billing information.
There is no fee to have this completed, however the new account holder does pay a new first month of service upfront when they call. The current account holder has any remaining days they have paid for refunded. Everything on the current account would transfer over and remain the same. This includes the Equipment on file.
