To begin, please return or log into your TekSavvy MySavvy Portal account
Once logged in, use the dropdown for My Services and click on your service. Click Change Service to continue.
If you receive an error, it is normally your modem does not support the higher speed. You can check your modem for its approved max speed on our Website.

Select the plan you would like and Review changes. Click Submit Changes to confirm.
